Hi, I'm Jamie, the co-founder of Strickland.

My journey to this point has been anything but conventional. After graduating from Bayes Business School with a business degree and initially pursuing a career in finance, I found myself drawn back to my long-standing creative passions for interiors and architecture. I decided to change paths, and looking back, I’m so glad I did.

For over a decade, I’ve worked in property and along my brother we launched Strickland in 2019 with the goal of shaking up the traditional estate agency model. We wanted to make the process of buying or selling property not just more seamless, but more rewarding and less stressful. The result is an agency that’s built on transparency, care, and dedication—and, most importantly, a genuine desire to create lasting relationships with our clients.

We’ve had the privilege of helping hundreds of families and I’m incredibly proud of the five-star reviews we’ve received. But even more rewarding than the accolades are the friendships we’ve built along the way. Clients who started as customers are now some of our closest friends, and that’s something that truly speaks to the heart of our business.

Outside of the property world, I’m an outdoors enthusiast—whether it’s hiking, or playing golf (badly). But my greatest joy is being a father to two amazing kids and sharing our home with a playful and energetic Dalmatian.

At the end of the day, it’s about creating a life and business that I’m proud of, where people feel valued, and every interaction is meaningful. I strive to push boundaries, build connections, and bring a sense of care to everything I do.

Hi, I’m Terence! I’ve been working with properties for over 18 years, and what I’ve always loved most about my job is meeting people and helping them through one of life’s big milestones. At Strickland, we’ve celebrated hundreds of sales, but what sticks with me most are the connections we’ve built and the friendships we’ve made along the way.

Moving can be a stressful experience, but my goal is to make it as smooth and enjoyable as possible. We pride ourselves on making our clients feel like an extension of the Strickland family—our glowing five-star reviews mean the world to us because they reflect just how much our care and effort matter.

When I’m not working, you’ll often find me on the golf course, cheering on my local football team (I’m a proud season ticket holder!), or watching Formula 1. I even love catching a race in person when I get the chance.

Since changing careers and moving into estate agency back in 2003, I’ve never looked back. I started out in lettings and, through a range of roles, progressed to Associate Director with a well-known firm. Now, with over 23 years in the industry, I’m excited to be partnering with Strickland, bringing my experience to clients across Kent and South East London.

Over the years, I’ve gained a real appreciation for just how important moving home can be, and how much the right support makes a difference. I understand that the process can feel overwhelming at times, so my focus is always on making things as smooth, straightforward, and as reassuring as possible. At Strickland, we genuinely care about the people we work with and aim to make every client feel supported from start to finish - something our five-star reviews reflect.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, and you’ll often find me on the tennis court or golf course.
